Our office will schedule a visit to perform an initial diagnosis. if we can, we will repair on the same day.
If a part is required. We will order it and visit a second time for no extra cost.

As part of our commitment to reduce electronic waste, we collect printer ink cartridges, toners and household batteries for free during our call-outs. Ink cartridges and toners are sent to Recycle4Charity for reuse or recycling. Household batteries are sent to a waste management centre for reuse or recycling.

Can all appliances be repaired?
Yes, if the parts are available. However, on some occasions, if the part is not available or if the part is prohibitively expensive (more than the cost of a new machine), we would recommend a write-off. We try and avoid this where possible.
Do you have every part available?
We have 1000’s of parts available. We work with multiple online vendors to supply our parts and order them on an as-and-when basis. They are delivered to us (generally) within 2 working days.

how to keep your appliances clean
Washing machine
Run an empty cycle on 60 degrees or 90 degrees once a month to clean the drum. After, check the drain pump filter by unscrewing and remove debris.
Tumble Dryer
Clean after every cycle. Never let the water container over fill.
Dishwasher
Run on an intense cycle once a week with a Finish dishwasher cleaner; clean the spray arms and filter.
Fridge
Clean regularly with anti-bacterial spray; add half a lemon to one of the shelves to keep the enclosure fresh; keep all the drainage holes clear.
Gas Hobs
Keep the burners free of food debris at all times to prevent blocking the gas jets.
OVENS
Remove the racks and place in the dishwasher once a week. Clean interior with oven cleaner. Clean door seal and hinges. Keep free from food debris.
