Washer
Washer Error Code | Meaning | Solution |
E16 or F16 | Door is open. | Close door. |
E18 or F18 | Pump time has exceeded its limits. This could happen for several reasons: blockage inside the filter, blockage inside the draining hose or a problem with the pump. | To fix this, reset the washer by turning it on then off. Also, remove debris from the drain pump. |

E23 or F23 | Aquastop Hose has been activated. | The washing machine Aquastop system is responsible for leakage protection, so if you’re getting this error, there could be water leakage. Do not use the washing machine until it has been fixed. Contact us. |

E24 | Dishwasher not draining. | 1. Check the inlet hose and ensure it’s not kinked or damaged. 2. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual. 3. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal’s dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection. |
E25 | Drain pump blocked, drain issue, filter clogged or pump impeller is jammed. | 1. Check to see if the drain pump cover is loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual. 2. The drain pump may be blocked. The pump is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. First, remove the filter completely to reveal the drain pump cover. Next, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks. Grip the cover and pull upward until you feel resistance. Then pull forward to remove the cover completely. Check the pump and remove any debris and standing water with a sponge. Use caution as some debris may be sharp. If needed, review your owner’s manual for more specific instructions. |
