We order our appliances from the manufacturer on the day we’ve received payment. There are occasionally delays in receiving the machine at our warehouse and will inform you if we expect it to be more than 2 days longer. We apologies in advance for any unexpected delays and work hard to avoid them. As we expand our stocked inventory, we hope to reduce this lead time. |

New machines are returnable to us within 14 days from delivery providing that the appliance and its original packaging is undamaged. Please email us for a delivery address. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you require the appliance to be collected from you, it will be charged again at the regular rate. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for machines that have been ordered by mistake or do not fit. We make every effort to avoid this by making all fitting diagrams clear on the product listing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on spare parts orders.
