IS THEre WATER SUPPLY?
At the beginning of the cycle, the machine will gently hum and there won't be a sound of water entering the dispenser drawer if the water supply is off or low in pressure. The water pressure should be around 3bar.
ARE you using dishasher salt?
The South of England has hard water and thus it can drastically shorten the lifespan of some dishwasher components. Use dishwasher salt to soften the water and protect components such as the heater.
HAS THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER BEEN CLEANED?
The drain pump filter is found in the centre of the enclosure. It can be emptied by twisting anti-anti-clockwise. The filter may be hidden by a kickboard.

What detergent should I use?
We’d reccommend using W-PRO Eco Dishwasher Gel. It always dissolved and provides the best results in our opinion.
Do I need to use a hot wash everytime?
Hot washes (around 60+ deg.) are best for killing bacteria in heavily soiled plates, but isn’t suitable or necessary for glassware or light washes. Then an Eco mode can be used.
How often do I check my drain pump filter?
This depends how often you use your machine. For daily use, it’s recommended to check once a month. If you have childen you may have to check more often.
